Sour Cream Potato Salad
Ingredientes
- 6 potato
- 1/2 bunch spring onion
- 3 tbsp French salad dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp mint
- 1 tbsp chives
Preparación
Peel and dice potatoes, boil in salted water until tender, but still firm. Drain.
Mix salad dressing through cooked potatoes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl before stirring through salad.
