Tuna Dip with Chipotle Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna in water
- 2/3 of Cup of sour cream
- 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
- 1/2 piece of onion
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 3 pieces of marinated chipotle chile
- 10 pieces of nut
- 2 teaspoons of Salt
- 1 teaspoonful of Pepper
- 3 pieces of plantain green
- 3 teaspoons of paprika
- 2 cups of vegetable oil
Preparation
Brown the garlic and onion with a little oil. Grind them in a processor and reserve.
Open the tuna lastas and drain the liquid. Empty them in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, cream, onion and garlic .
Finely chop the nut, the chipotle pepper and add them to the bowl with the preparation. Add salt and pepper, reserve.
Peel the bananas and spread them along, taking care that the slices remain very thin.
In a pan place the oil, once it is hot, fry the bananas. Always move them so that they are fried evenly and do not burn. Once they acquire a golden color, remove them from the oil, place them on absorbent paper and add salt and paprika.
