Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 1 can pineapple juice
  • 5 eggs

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt the sugar in small saucepan on medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir constantly. As soon as it is melted, pour into a round pan roughly 9 inches and tilt it to cover all sides of the pan.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a blender and pour it over the syrup in the pan. Place the pan in a in bigger, shallow pan. Pour hot water into the bigger pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and let cool when ready. Carefully remove the smaller pan and let it cool entirely. Refrigerate for up to 4 hours.Invert the flan on a plate and serve.
