Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts, cubed (about 1-1/2 pounds)
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 1-3/4 cups milk
- 1- 10oz package frozen broccoli
- 3/4 pound processed cheese (ex:Velveeta), cubed
- 1/2 cup light miracle whip
- 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Ground pepper, to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375.
- Combine all ingredients except shredded cheese in 12 x 8 baking dish and mix well.
- Cook 30-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top with shredded cheese, place in warm oven and let melt. Serve.
